No School -- Parent Teacher Conferences!
Description
Conferences will be held on October 22nd and 23rd. Hazel Grove will be scheduling parent conferences through E-Scheduler this school year (your child's teacher should have sent information via email). E-Scheduler opens on Monday, October 6th @ 8am and will close on Sunday, October 19th. You will be able to choose an in-person or virtual conference this year. If you choose virtual, your child's teacher will send you a Google Meet link for the time you sign up for.
If your child has more than one teacher (only applies to some grade levels), you will schedule a conference with the homeroom teacher only. Other staff members, such as, Art, Music, PE, Counselor, Principal, Learning Center, Speech/Language, Reading, AIM/ASPIRE teachers are available to meet with you during conference times. If you wish to schedule a specific time with one of them, you will need to contact them through email. They will assist you with scheduling a time.
