2023-2024 PTA Unit Meetings

The purpose of a Unit Meeting is to connect with other parents, learn of volunteer opportunities, and vote on important issues like budget and officer positions. Unit Meetings will be short, productive and are a great way to learn more about what the PTA is doing at Hazel Grove.

This year we will have an in-person meeting to start the school year off right! We would love to meet you and talk about the upcoming school year and all the fun we have planned!

Mark your calendar for September 12th at 6:30 in the Hazel Grove library! We can't wait to meet you!

OFFICER MEETINGS

The PTA Officer Board holds private meetings monthly. If you'd like to submit a topic for review or approval, submit it to hazelgroveelementarypta@gmail.com so they may discuss your request at their next meeting.  

PTA "HUDDLE" MEETINGS

Each quarter, on the night of the Unit Meetings, the PTA Officers meet with the Chairpersons of important events for the year, including Paint Night, Variety Show, Haunted Halloween, and others. They review objectives and updates for the topic at hand. The PTA VP of Volunteers will be in touch with these Chairs in advance to schedule the year of meetings.
